This notice explains appointment information, optional messages and website analytics.

Appointment messages & privacy

Young Styles Beauty Salon uses your name, contact details and appointment information to manage your booking. If you provide an email address, we can send an appointment confirmation and a reminder approximately 12 hours before your visit when email delivery is connected. If you separately opt in to texts, we can send a confirmation, a reminder and updates about rescheduling or cancellation. Message frequency varies with appointment changes. Bookings made less than 12 hours ahead may receive only a confirmation.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help; you can also call (747) 955-8080. Messages are about your appointments and are not marketing. Delivery and reminder timing depend on the messaging providers.

We use Resend for email and Twilio for SMS when those services are connected. They receive only the information needed to deliver the messages. We do not sell mobile information or share SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Appointment and consent records are retained to manage bookings and message preferences. Contact us below to request access or deletion.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Salon and specialist calendars

The salon diary stores your appointment and assigned specialist. When calendar connections are enabled, we copy the appointment details to the salon calendar and the assigned specialist's calendar to manage your visit. Private calendar subscriptions are available only to authorised salon staff.

Optional telephone call recording

If call recording is enabled, the telephone system announces it before recording begins. Both caller and salon staff must agree by pressing 1. You can continue the call without recording. Recordings are used to manage appointments and improve service, with access restricted to authorised salon staff.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources and actions such as opening directions, clicking our phone link, or starting a booking. It uses cookies and receives page, campaign, browser and device information to produce reports, including approximate location. Our event code does not send your name, phone number, email, form messages or booking identifiers. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our configuration.

Google processes information under its Privacy Policy.

Optional session recordings

With your permission, we and Microsoft Clarity use cookies and page interactions, such as clicks, scrolling and pointer movements, to create heatmaps and session replays. We use these to understand where the website is difficult to use. Clarity also receives browser, device and network information.

The recorder loads only after you choose Allow recordings. Text and images are masked before recording. Contact, booking, administration and cancellation pages are excluded. We set advertising storage to denied. Microsoft receives the collected information and may process it for its own purposes as explained in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Your choices

Open session recording settings to allow or turn off future recordings. The website works when you decline. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage removes it. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps Clarity recording off.

This recording choice does not control Google Analytics. You can also manage or block cookies and tracking through your browser settings. Turning recordings off does not delete data already sent to the providers.
